Wow, its great to hear from you. I am about to go off to my first technical rehearsal, which will be (I
hope) pretty smooth. And then this Friday, may 30, I have my first public performance. I run until June 22. I am really excited, looking forward to it, etc.
But also pretty daunted. It seems like a huge task before me. I've never done a one-person thing before, and I've never written anything for public consumption. So doing both "firsts" at once is a bit of a mountain to climb. However--just like trekking, you have to just put one foot in front of the other, I guess.

Seattle has been great--I caught the weather at a perfect time. And there seems to be some interest in the community for a theater piece like this. A lot of people here who are interested in that part of the world.

Thanks so much for the kind words about my visit--it sure was a highlight for me. I kept thinking before I got there that "you can't go home again"--but then I found out that you could get pretty close, if you're lucky. I hope all is well with you and the shoe Lincoln School gang.

all the best,
Andy

PS if people go on the theater's web site, they can get lots of info about the show--www.intiman.org.
There's a link to "Namaste Man".
